I am responsible for optimizing sales performance to ensure profitability, while also overseeing operational scaling by aligning systems, teams, and budgets to support expansion efforts. I build and lead high-performing, growth-focused teams, and ensure consistent communication with leadership and stakeholders on progress and key milestones. Additionally, I manage risk and compliance in new market ventures and develop multi-year strategic roadmaps to position the company for long-term success.

As Assistant Manager, Business Growth, I specialize in coaching and developing new sales team members, ensuring their readiness and performance in achieving business targets. I bring strong coordination and supervision skills in managing projects, along with hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, which I utilize during customer consultations. Notably, I led the deployment of advanced CCTV systems across multiple branches of a premium gold and diamond brand in Malaysia.

I have successfully designed security system solutions for multiple major brands, including comprehensive fire protection systems covering 20 risk points at a prominent hotel resort.

I’ve had the opportunity to design and implement security solutions enhanced with Video Verification Services (VVS) for a leading vape technology brand across Malaysia. I also manage long-term servicing and maintenance for major convenience store and hypermarket chains nationwide. A key highlight of my work is ensuring that my customers get lasting value from their systems—by focusing on proper upkeep and long-term solutions, I help them avoid unnecessary costs from frequent replacements and prioritize reliability over quick fixes.

With over 21 years of experience in the security industry, I take pride in designing practical, cost-effective solutions that bring real peace of mind to my clients. One of my proudest achievements was creating a CCTV rental package for a major conglomerate, now installed in over 800 locations across two well-known beverage and café franchise chains. What drives me daily is the fulfilment of helping people feel safe in their homes and businesses. While educating customers about the importance of Alarm and CCTV systems can be challenging, I believe my experience helps guide them toward the right solutions for their needs.

With 15 years of experience in the security industry, I specialize in the residential market, providing reliable and user-friendly smart home security solutions tailored to each client’s needs. One of the most meaningful moments in my career was helping a family regain their sense of safety after a break-in. By designing a personalized system with a smart alarm, CCTV, and digital door locks, I was able to give them—and especially their children’s —peace of mind. It’s experiences like these that drive my passion and remind me why I do what I do.
